Soup Sale and Luncheon HOWARD — Howard United Methodist Church, 144 W. Main St., Howard, will sponsor a community soup sale on Oct. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eat in or take out. Dine-in lunch includes soup, rolls, dessert, beverage; cost is $7 for lunch or for a take out quart of soup (vegetable beef, ham and bean, chicken corn, chicken noodle).
