On Tuesday afternoon, the Bellefonte boys golf team traveled to Bald Eagle’s Skytop Mountain Golf Course to compete against the Eagles, Penns Valley, Philipsburg-Osceola and Clearfield. Bellefonte’s Jacob Davis led all golfers on the day with a score of 77, finishing a medalist and leading the Red Raiders to a 4-0 day and first-place showing. BELLEFONTE - On Wednesday evening, Bellefonte officially named Richard Ciambotti as its new boys basketball coach. Ciambotti has a decorated history coaching in Centre County, having done so for over two decades across the middle school and varsity levels. Ciambotti inherits a program that’s struggled in recent years despite a strong start to the 2020s.
