MILL HALL — SEDA-COG, Clinton County, and local stakeholders are conducting a transportation planning study that will help improve bicycle and pedestrian safety along Hogan Boulevard between Pennsylvania Avenue in Mill Hall and Canal Street in Lock Haven. This corridor is a key destination for the county featuring essential retail and major employers, and a key connector between the adjacent Boroughs.

SEDA-COG will host a pop-up tent on the project corridor at Walmart, 167 Hogan Boulevard, Mill Hall, on Tuesday, May 3, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. The organization encourages the public to stop by and learn more about the proposed project and share experiences and ideas with them.
