LH woman charged with trespass, theft by deception RENOVO — Renovo Borough Police arrested and charged Mandy Cook, 48, of Lock Haven, with criminal trespass and theft by deception following an incident along Huron Avenue in Renovo Borough. According to police, on Aug. 8, Cook illegally obtained keys to an apartment in the 1000 block of Huron Avenue “through trickery and deceit” which she did not legally rent and had not fulfilled obligation to rent, police said.
