Child seriously injured in four-vehicle crash BLANCHARD — A 3-year-old child suffered serious suspected injuries in a four-vehicle crash on N. Eagle Valley Road at the intersection of Liberty Street near Blanchard, Liberty Township, on June 3, according to state police at Rockview.
