RAUCHTOWN — A Jersey Shore man was killed early Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash in the 2800 block of Rauchtown Road, Nippenose Valley Fire Chief Dean Miller confirmed. The accident occurred at 5:40 a.m., less than two miles from the Clinton-Lycoming county line. Traffic stop LOCK HAVEN — Lycoming regional police conducted a routine traffic stop on Jason Robert Yahn, 41, of Lock Haven, at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 when the man failed to yield to the stop.
