LOCK HAVEN — Two former Keystone Central School District employees have pleaded guilty to sex-related offenses, according to a release from the Clinton County District Attorney’s office. According to the release, Dana Ann Kitchen, 36, of Lock Haven, pled guilty in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas last week to one count of corruption of minors and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all third degree felonies.
