Theft of fryer oil MILESBURG — Two men were arrested in Boggs Township for the theft of several hundreds of gallons of used fryer oil stolen from Darling Ingredients, on the morning of Sept. 26, according to state police at Rockview. Deyvin Santo-DeJesus, 22, of Allentown, and Carlos Encarnacion, 25, of Trenton, N.J., were taken into custody after police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Eagle Valley Road for a report of two men stealing used fryer oil, police said.
