Central Mountain's track and field athletes saw success in a number of different events, but the Wildcats were swept by Shamokin in a dual meet on Tuesday. The Shamokin girls beat Central Mountain, 93-57, while the Shamokin boys won, 99-51. Central Mountain's Grace Koehane claimed a victory in the 800 with a time of 2:32.87, winning the event by almost 20 seconds over Shamokin's Madison Anderson. BLOOMSBURG — The red-hot Lock Haven softball team extended its win streak to nine games after sweeping Bloomsburg, 13-5 and 13-3 in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon on the road. The Bald Eagles scored 26 runs on the day on 31 hits, while committing zero errors to Bloomsburg’s eight.
