LOCK HAVEN — Downtown Lock Haven, Inc. has announced an addition to the Christmas in July Final Friday lineup scheduled on July 31 from 3 to 9 p.m. on East Main Street. Pacific Rhythm Polynesian Entertainment, a Pennsylvania-based family troupe with Samoan ties and origins, will perform dance, music and authentic costumes from Pacific Islands such as Hawaii, Tonga, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Zealand and Tahiti.
