Public intoxication

FLEMINGTON — A 34-year-old Lock Haven woman was arrested for being publicly intoxicated on methamphetamine along High Street in Flemington Borough on Oct. 23, according to state police at Lamar.

Police responded to the UPMC Outpatient Center to assist the arrestee who was acting erratically.

Charges were filed through District Judge Keither Kibler’s office.

Criminal mischief

FLEMINGTON — Joseph Bellomy, 38, of Lock Haven, was charged with criminal mischief from causing $185.20 worth of damages to the siding of a residence belonging to a 39-year-old Woolrich man along James Street in Flemington Borough on Oct. 9, according to state police at Lamar.

Harassment

FLEMINGTON — A 22-year-old Lock Haven woman and a 26-year-old Lancaster woman were both cited with harassment following a domestic dispute between them where they shoved and hit each other along Bressler Street in Flemington Borough on Oct. 18, according to state police at Lamar.

Theft

FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of theft in Flemington Borough.

According to police, an unknown suspect used a stolen credit card to purchase flooring in the amount of $5,914.80 from Carpet One on Sept. 1.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police.

Harassment

FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of harassment, requested by Children and Youth Services, involving a Lock Haven teenager that took place on Sept. 21 along Renovo Road in Allison Township.

Retail theft

MILL HALL — A 24-year-old Lock Haven woman was arrested for retail theft of items totaling $51.88 from the Mill Hall Walmart, 167 Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township on Oct. 21, according to state police at Lamar.

The arrestee allegedly stole a wine glass, valued $1.48; an Airwick air freshener, valued $7.98; a bath sheet, valued $12.78; a shower liner, valued $9.96; and Purina cat food, valued $19.68.

Charges were filed through District Judge John Maggs’s office.

DUI

MILL HALL — A 22-year-old Lock Haven man was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop was initiated in the 200 block of Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township on Oct. 5, according to state police at Lamar.

Theft by deception

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are investigating a theft where an unknown woman used counterfeit currency to purchase a Nintendo Switch and several Switch games, totalling over $500, from the Mill Hall Walmart on Oct. 12.

Endangering child and DUI

MILL HALL — A 46-year-old Blanchard man was charged with endangering the welfare of children and DUI after allegedly having a 14-year-old female juvenile, of Bellefonte, in his vehicle while driving under the influence on Sept. 3, according to state police at Lamar.

Retail theft

MILL HALL — A 17-year-old female juvenile, of Lock Haven, was charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing $78.80 worth of items from the Mill Hall Walmart on Oct. 8, according to state police at Lamar.

Drug possession

MILL HALL — A 52-year-old Mill Hall man was charged with drug possession after he was found in possession of a suspected controlled substance during a traffic stop at the intersection of Dewey Street and Pennsylvania Avenue on Oct. 9.

The arrestee was pulled over for having an active warrant, police said.

Dissemination of

an intimate image

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are investigating the alleged dissemination of an intimate image involving juveniles.

According to police, a 16-year-old Lock Haven girl allegedly had sexually explicit images of herself sent to another student by an unknown person at Central Mountain High School on Oct. 5.

DUI

MILL HALL — A 21-year-old Blanchard woman was charged with driving under the influence in the 1 block of King Arthur Drive in Bald Eagle Township on Oct. 9, according to state police at Lamar.

Simple assault and harassment

MILL HALL — Nicholas Gower, 27, of Mill Hall, was allegedly arrested for unlawful restraint, simple assault and harassment following an altercation with two victims, Heather Gower, 56, of Mill Hall, and Austin Adrian, 25, of Lock Haven, at 2120 Renovo Road in Bald Eagle Township on Oct. 2, according to state police at Lamar.

Criminal mischief

BEECH CREEK — A car belonging to James Lewis, 68, of Beech Creek, was allegedly keyed with political stickers being scratched out in the 400 block of Bald Eagle Mountain Road on Oct. 19, according to state police at Lamar.

If anyone has any information regarding the incident is asked to call state police.

Drug sale/possession

LAMAR — A 29-year-old Woodhaven, N.Y., man was arrested for possession of drugs and related charges during a traffic stop which yielded 15 pounds of vacuum sealed marijuana, according to state police at Lamar.

Police initiated the stop on the arrestee at 12:44 a.m. on Oct. 11 where they were denied a consent to search request. A search warrant was applied for and granted by District Judge Frank Mills, police said. The search yielded marijuana which was found in a taped cardboard box in the rear cargo area of the arrestee’s vehicle, police said.

The arrestee was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility where he was arraigned. A monetary bail of $20,000 was set and he was unable to post.

Dissemination of intimate image

BEECH CREEK — Between Sept. 29 and Oct. 1, an inappropriate video of a 10-year-old male juvenile was being disseminated among other juveniles, according to state police at Lamar.

The investigation is ongoing.

Child endangerment

LAMAR — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of child endangerment involving a 7-year-old male juvenile, of Mill Hall, after he was found with alleged bruises on his body between Sept. 30 and Oct. 6.

Simple assault/harassment

LOGANTON — James George, 64, of Loganton, was arrested for an alleged simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident with a 35-year-old Loganton man along Wagmyr Lane in Greene Township on Oct. 15, according to state police at Lamar.

Upon police arrival, George was allegedly being restrained by the victim. Through investigation, it was determined George allegedly punched the victim in the face, bit his finger and spit in his face, police said.

George was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility and charged with simple assault and harassment.

Bad checks

LOGANTON — A 48-year-old Mifflinburg woman was charged after issuing a bad check to Scenic Ridge Foods, LLC in Loganton Borough with her account allegedly closed on Sept. 22, according to state police at Lamar.

Physical harassment

RAUCHTOWN — A husband and wife, both of Jersey Shore, a 37-year-old man and a 36-year-old, were cited with harassment from a domestic incident along Groupe Road in Crawford Township on Oct. 15, according to state police at Lamar.

The incident took place when a verbal argument between the two parties began and turned physical, police said. The wife allegedly pushed her husband, to which in-turn, he pushed her to the ground and held her down, police said. The woman also dug her fingernails into her husband’s arm, police said.

Both parties were cited through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office.
