Harassment charge RENOVO — Brian Dwyer, Sr., 56, of Renovo, was cited for harassment following an incident along 7th Street in Renovo Borough on June 13, Renovo Borough Police said. The first crash took place on Wednesday, June 10 near the intersection of South Allen Street and Easterly Parkway in the area of Sunrise Terrace.
