LOGANTON - A 14-year-old male juvenile, of Loganton, was reported missing, according to state police at Lamar. At approximately 9:15 p.m. on Jan. 21, the juvenile was reported missing from Summer Mountain Road in Logan Township. He was last seen in the area of 600 Railroad Street in Jersey Shore, according to police. Winter storm to impact region

LOCK HAVEN - The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Clinton, Centre and surrounding counties. "Heavy snow with rates greater than 1 inch per hour possible" starting overnight into much of Wednesday, forecasters said.
