JS man jailed for

indecent exposure

JERSEY SHORE — Lawrence Gaines III, 33, of 229 Nelson St., Jersey Shore, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and trespassing following a disturbance in the 200 block of Nelson Street on May 28, police reported.

Gaines was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

DUI alleged

JERSEY SHORE — Austin Lose, 23, of 178 Shingle road, Jersey Shore, has been charged with driving under the influence of controlled substances following a crash on Route 15 in Old Lycoming Township on April 26.

Old Lycoming police said he was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

DUI alleged

JERSEY SHORE — Logan Porter, 19, of 130 Locust St., Jersey Shore, is accused of driving under the influence of marijuana at Scott and Oliver streets in Williamsport on March 21, Williamsport police report.

He was released on $3,500 bail.

DUI alleged

JERSEY SHORE — Kevin Griffith, 57, of 804 Jobs Run Road, Jersey Shore, was stopped by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police on March 19 in the 1500 block of Route 287 in Piatt Township.

Police said they believe Griffith was driving under the influence and refused to provide a blood sample. He was released on $1,500 bail.

Possession of marijuana

JERSEY SHORE — John Duda, 19, of 619 Pearson Road, Jersey Shore, was charged by Pennsylvania College of Technology police with possession of marijuana nd possession of drug paraphernalia on campus on Feb. 26. He was released on $1,500 bail.

Two others — William Massie, 20, of Pleasant Gap, and Cory Lehman, 18, of Mansfield — were charged with the same offenses and also released on $1,500 bail, police said.

JERSEY SHORE –Alysia Rose, 25, of 409 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of South Main Street in Jersey Shore on Feb. 24. She was released on $1,500 bail.

Charged with shoplifting

LOCK HAVEN — Stephanie Heimer, 29, and Susan Thomas, 32, both of Lock Haven, were charged by Williamsport City Police with misdemeanor shoplifting after they were allegedly caught stealing merchandise from Wegman’s, 201 William Street, Williamsport, on Feb. 5.

Police said this was the second arrest for shoplifting for both of them.

Each woman was released on $5,000 bail.

Sex offender fails to

register new address

LINDEN — Convicted sex offender Matthew Alexander, 34, of 1681 Chapel Hill Road, Linden, has been charged by state police at Montoursville with failure to register a new address as required by law, unsworn falsification to authorities after he allegedly failed to report that he moved to his girlfriend’s home at 336 Spruce St., Jersey Shore, in September.

He was released on $15,000 bail.
