Theft of scooter

LOCK HAVEN — Between 8 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on July 14, a black electric scooter was stolen from the backyard of a residence in the 100 block of West Bald Eagle Street, said Lock Haven City Police, who are investigating.

Theft of leaf blower

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police are investigating the theft of a leaf blower and weed eater from the garage of a residence in the 800 block of West Bald Eagle Street.

The theft took place at approximately 11:30 p.m. on July 14, said police.

Two vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN — On July 19, around 3 p.m., there was a two vehicle crash at the intersection of North Grove and East Church streets.

According to Lock Haven City Police, a vehicle traveling southbound on North Grove Street turned into another car that was traveling northbound on North Grove Street.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Three vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN — On July 19, at approximately 4:40 a.m., there was a three-vehicle crash in the 100 block of North Fairview Street, said Lock Haven City Police.

A vehicle struck the back of a legally parked car, pushing it into another vehicle which was also legally parked.

The cars that first collided were both towed from the scene, said police.

Hit and Run

LOCK HAVEN — On July 19, between 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., a vehicle parked on North Vesper Street was struck, causing damage to the front bumper, said Lock Haven City Police.

According to police, no information was provided by the other person.

LOCK HAVEN — On July 21 between 8 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts was struck, said Lock Haven City Police.

According to police, no information was provided by the other person.

Crash

LOCK HAVEN — On July 22 at 10:35 a.m., there was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Church and North Jay streets, said Lock Haven City Police.

The collision occurred at the red light on East Church Street when the driver’s foot slipped off the brake, causing the vehicle to strike the car in front of them, said police.

Crash

LOCK HAVEN — On July 26 at 4 p.m., there was a two-vehicle crash in the 10 block of Susquehanna Avenue, said Lock Haven City Police.

According to police, the collision occurred when one driver slowed to make a turn, and the car following struck its rear end, causing the turning vehicle to strike a retaining wall.

Criminal Mischief

LOCK HAVEN — On July 27 between 12:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., the rear window of a vehicle parked in the 700 Block of Bellefonte Avenue was broken out, said Lock Haven City Police, who are investigating.

Driving under the influence

LOCK HAVEN — Bradley Fields, 38, of Jersey Shore, was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in the city, said Lock Haven City Police.

On July 6 at approximately 2 a.m., Fields was involved in a motor vehicle accident where the vehicle rolled over in the 800 block of East Water Street.

While officers were investigating the accident, Fields was found to be intoxicated, said police.

Motor vehicle theft

LOCK HAVEN — Ivan Englert, 23, of Lock Haven, was arrested for the theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on July 9 at approximately 4:30 p.m., said Lock Haven City Police.

Englert took his girlfriend’s vehicle without her consent after an argument, police said.

The vehicle was later located in the 10 block of East Logan Street.
