The driver was extracted from a vehicle along Bellefonte Avenue near its intersection with Commerce Street on Tuesday afternoon. According to reports from the scene, the accident occurred about 1:15 p.m., near the entrance to CVS Pharmacy, and involved two vehicles – one moving and another parked. According to reports, the moving vehicle collided with the parked vehicle, resulting in significant damage to both. The driver of the first vehicle was trapped and later extracted by emergency personnel. Lock Haven City Police, the Lock Haven Fire Department and Lock Haven EMS responded to the accident.
