— Larry Gene Porter, Jr., charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, placed on probation for 36 months.

— Coty Jo Miller-Nyman, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and causing an accident involving damage to vehicle or property, fined $300, placed on probation for five years and house arrest for 90 days.
