— Andrey Viktorovich Aseyev, of Pennsylvania Furnace, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to use required lighted lamps and careless driving, waived for court.

— Bryce Andrew Duck, of Howard, charged with operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, disregard for traffic lane (single), driving an unregistered vehicle and driving at unsafe speed, waived for court.

— Joshua Lynn Grieb, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, improper signal, obscured/covered/inhibited visibility to plate, waived for court.

— Matthew James Nihart, of Lock Haven, charged with evading arrest or detention on foot, default in required appearance and disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, waived for court.

— Robin Kay Morasco, of Lock Haven, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court,

— Alivia A. Feidler, of Lock Haven, charged with fraudulently obtaining SNAP benefits/assistance.

— Andres Leiva Hernandez, of Sunbury, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to fulfill duties at stop sign, careless driving and driving without a license, waived for court.

— Joshua William Reed, of Jersey Shore, charged with simple assault, withdrawn, and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic citation.

— Aaron Christopher Heck, of McElhattan, charged with strangulation and simple assault, withdrawn, and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non traffic citation.
