LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Kaylee Elizabeth Probst, of Williamsport, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, child endangerment, careless driving, disregard for traffic lane (single), improper turning movements/required signals and violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

— Jessica Arlene Myers, of Jersey Shore, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Jessica Arlene Myers, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal trespass-enter structure, waived for court.

— Lily Ann Dugan, of Lock Haven, charged with resisting arrest and defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupants.

— Rahiem Cardel Fant, charged with strangulation, robbery-take property by force, escape, unlawful restraint causing serious bodily injury, simple assault, evading arrest or detention on foot and three counts of making terroristic threats, waived for court.

— Daniel Harold Mikitko, of Jersey Shore, charged with evading arrest or detention on foot and resisting arrest, waived for court.
