News Survey

Press Forward Pennsylvania Wilds is offering residents the opportunity to provide critical information about how you consume your news through the following survey: tinyurl.com/PFPAWilds. Press Forward works to reverse the decline of local news, with its local chapter located in Centre County. It works across the nine counties in the PA Wilds region and has partnered with Branchhead Consulting and the Lenfest Institute for Journalism for this research. Helping Hands

Helping Hands will be open on Wednesday, May 20, from 6-7:30 p.m., at the United Evangelical Lutheran Church, behind Kentucky Fried Chicken, in Lock Haven. Helping Hands provides free cleaning supplies and personal hygiene items to low income families and seniors in the Lock Haven and surrounding area.
